Edgar brings 11 years of experience in M&A, Portfolio Management, Commercial Real Estate and Industrial Credit Analysis. He has worked on several strategic acquisitions in the Energy, Pharmaceutical and Technology sectors.

One of the salient clients that he consulted with was Six Flags Amusement Park; post- bankruptcy, who received $17 million. Other clients included Consol Energy who received a $10 million dollar lease to expand its Crane portfolio. Under Edgar’s direction Martin Luther King Hospital received $5 million for ERP Software expansion.

Edgar’s passion remains in wealth management. While in pursuit of a CFA, Mr. Ambartsumian currently holds a BBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
