In October of 2010 Zone Capital Partners’ client, Uranium Energy Corporation, received a $27.5 million dollar institutional funding. BlackRock was one of the salient investors in this institutional financing. Other clients in that sector included Entree Gold which received a $43 million funding from Bank of Montreal, and Orko Silver, which was sold to Coeur d'Alene Mines (NYSE:CDE) for $382 million in cash and equity. In 2011 Zone Capital Partners represented Epicor, an Enterprise Software Solution Company. The company eclipsed an $850 million dollar market capitalization and became one of the largest percentage gainers on the Nasdaq before being taken back private by KKR.
